The bathroom has tiles on the walls in the shower zone. The entrance hall, bathroom, sauna and WC have tiled floors. The kitchen/dining/living room and bedroom have pine floors. Large windows provide plenty of daylight and great views, and the corner windows provide a very special view of the ski slope. The cabins have large windows throughout with beautiful panoramic views of Hafjell and Gudbrandsdalen.

Ski in ski out
With The Nest as a starting point, you can literally strap on your skis on the stairs and enjoy the alpine slopes in Hafjell Alpine Center. Hafjell is a family-friendly facility with trails for all levels - from the youngest to slopes with an Olympic character. After the Youth Olympics in 2016, Hafjellparken was upgraded, and it is considered by many to be one of Norway's coolest parks.
From The Nest you can cross the Svegård trail and come straight into the 7 km long floodlit trail at Mosetertoppen. The floodlit trail takes you further out into the ski terrain - here you can go as far and as long as you want. The lights are on from 06:00 to 23:00 throughout the winter season.
In slippery conditions, the chain/grab should always be used to avoid jams and congestion. To the Nest cabins there is a toll road (Mosetertoppen).
Check-in: (FROM 17.00)
Orderers/guests can normally check in and pick up keys at HHs from 17.00. During certain periods such as Christmas, New Year and Easter, as well as Sunday in week 1 and Sundays from week 3 to week 9, check-in is from 19.00.
SMOKING AND PETS
Violation of the provisions on smoking and pet bans will result in a fine from NOK 3,500 to 10,000. Several owners who allow HH to mediate their housing units have allergies, and the housing unit must therefore be extra cleaned after such stays to reduce the risk of discomfort, including for allergy sufferers. The cost varies according to the size of the housing unit, not according to the number of animals or the extent of smoking inside.
