Directions: Start: Drive south on Hundervegen from Hafjell Hotell after you have checked in and received a key for approx. 600-700 meters.
Turn left: Follow the signs to the mountain and turn onto Gamlevegen.
Follow Sørbygdsvegen: Continue on until you can turn off towards Hundersætervegen (also known as Nysetervegen).
Up the mountainside: Follow the winding road up towards Hafjelltoppen. This is a toll road that uses Onepark's automatic Autopay system.
Arrival: Follow the road all the way to the large parking lot at Gaiastova, which is located at Lunnstadmyrvegen 250.

Toll fee: Registration is done automatically via the number plate. You can pay online afterwards or by invoice.
Gaiastova is located at the very top of Hafjell, around 950 meters above sea level, and is a natural gathering point for both alpine and cross-country skiing at Hafjell ski resort. By car: Drive all the way to the top via a toll road from the center of Øyer. There are good parking opportunities close to the building.
With skis:
Alpine skiing: Located at the family area "Gaia" on Hafjelltoppen, with ski in/out straight to Hafjell ski.
Cross-country skiing: Starting point for a trail network of over 300 km inland in Øyerfjellet.
By bus: During the winter season, the Hafjell bus runs regularly between the bottom area (center/Hunderfossen) and Gaiastova – ideal for overnight skiing holidays in Norway.
